Please note that this application is a request only and does not guarantee a permit will be issued or availability. You must complete one application per tournament.
Tournament schedules are required at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the tournament. Game/Practice requests will be processed following the tournament bookings being entered into the booking system.
Tournament applications for spring/summer must be submitted by January 15 and winter must be submitted by July 15.
All other arena applications for spring/summer season must be submitted by February 15 and winter season must be submitted by August 15.
Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used solely to contact persons making application for an Arena Permit with the City of Brantford. All organizations must provide a minimum 5 million dollars liability insurance naming the Corporation of the City of Brantford as “Additional Insured”. (Events and activities deemed high risk may require higher coverage.) Liability insurance is available to purchase for individuals/leagues that do not have access to other insurance, (e.g. governing body insurance). The insurance premium will be added to the contract.
